BIOGRAPHY: Rachel Green was born in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. While attending law school, Ms. Green served as an Editor for the Cumberland Law Review and authored two works selected for publication in the Cumberland Law Review. After graduation, Ms. Green was selected for a membership in Curia Honoris, Cumberland School of Law’s academic honor society.
Prior to joining to Forizs & Dogali, P.A., Ms. Green worked for a general litigation firm in Jacksonville, Florida, with an emphasis on construction and real estate litigation. Ms. Green is admitted to practice in all Florida State courts, as well as federal court for the Middle District of Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers, and the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association. Her law practice is currently focused on the areas of bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and construction law. Ms. Green assists the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Litigation Committee of the ABA Section of Litigation by writing Eleventh Circuit case notes addressing recent developments in bankruptcy law, which are posted on the committee’s website.
In her free time, Ms. Green enjoys the theater, cooking, attending Rays games, and caring for her dogs.
