BIOGRAPHY:
Haley Maple joined Forizs & Dogali in 2003. Since then, Ms. Maple has focused her practice on a range of commercial litigation and professional malpractice disputes in both state and federal court. She has been involved with insurance defense and coverage actions, class actions, Multi-District Litigation, construction claims, and personal injury cases. Her clients include individuals, design professionals, engineering, surveying and architectural firms, insurers, corporations, and real estate agents and brokers.

Ms. Maple has been involved with virtually every facet of the litigation process, including pre-suit negotiation and investigation, drafting of pleadings and motions, document discovery, taking and defending depositions of fact and expert witnesses, handling mediation, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and trial.

Prior to joining Forizs & Dogali, Ms. Maple was actively engaged in various legal activities, internships and externships. During law school at American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC, Ms. Maple served as a note and comment editor on the Administrative Law Review, ranked the ninth best specialized law review in the United States (26 Fla. St. U. L. Rev. 813 (1999)). Additionally, she worked as a Dean's Fellow assisting law students with their legal writing and research skills. In 2003, she externed at the Department of Justice in the Office of the Solicitor General when Ted Olson was the Solicitor General. At the Office of the Solicitor General, she assisted attorneys in preparing briefs and petitions filed on behalf of the United States in the United States Supreme Court and Federal Courts of Appeals.
