BIOGRAPHY: 
Justin joined Forizs & Dogali, P.A., in 2009. He practices in a variety of areas, including civil rights, intellectual property, construction, professional negligence and other commercial and civil litigation matters. Before joining F&D, Justin clerked for an insurance defense firm and owned and operated a small Web publishing company.  

Justin was born in Kentucky where he delivered newspapers for the local afternoon daily. While earning bachelor’s degrees in both journalism and political science at the University of Florida, he reported and edited public affairs and student issues for the nation’s largest independently run student newspaper, and worked at another local paper as a Web producer, researcher and reporter. During law school, Justin studied international law abroad at the University of Oxford, co-founded TheSequitur.com magazine and reported stories from both Florida and England for FSULaw magazine (now Florida State Law) .

Later, Justin served as a research assistant to an expert in coastal and ocean law, was an award-winning competitor in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Super-regional Competition and was both executive editor and articles & notes editor of the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy. The Journal selected his 2008 article, “Rachel’s Law” Wraps New York’s Long-Arm Around Libel Tourists; Will Congress Follow Suit?, for publication. Justin’s directed individual study is entitled Internet Jurisdiction Since Dow Jones v. Gutnick: The New First Amendment Landscape, and his law degree is accompanied by a certificate in international law, with honors. 

Justin lives in Tampa with his wife, daughter and two cats.
