BIOGRAPHY:
Jim is a shareholder in the firm. His practice involves the defense of architects and engineers in claims involving professional negligence, building code violations and construction defects. In addition, he represents real estate agents and brokers in claims involving negligence, misrepresentation, fraud, failure to disclose material facts, property management disputes and commission disputes. He also handles certain personal injury claims.

Jim is actively involved in his Church where he has served on the finance committee and has taught Sunday School. He is also involved with his children’s school where he serves on the School Advisory Committee. He manages a Little League baseball team at the East Lake Little League and holds office on the Board of Directors as the Vice President of Minors and Majors.
